I am thrilled to share that throughout my career, I have been focused on user-centered design. I am passionate about applying the value of design from diverse perspectives, organizations, and brands.

To me, design is all about meeting a specific need! I absolutely love tackling problems, learning from them, and seeking ways to improve and humanize their outcomes. I've adopted the Lean UX methodology to gain a deep understanding of digital products, ideate new concepts, and validate hypotheses. I use sprints and OKRs to achieve key results and make a real impact.

In 2012, I completed a fantastic Diploma in Web Design at Academia Mac, which provided me with a solid understanding of web and digital design, focusing on the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach.

I then had the incredible opportunity to expand my training with a Diploma in User Experience and Usability at the Universidad Católica in 2018. This further strengthened my expertise in the same field, and I also acquired skills in Customer Journey, prioritization tables, Lean UX methodology, and storytelling.
